Eli combines her curious nature and love of problem-solving with a double degree in Human Biology and Chinese Medicine from RMIT University, to achieve optimal health outcomes for her clients.
She has a special clinical interest in treating women’s health & hormones, fertility & pregnancy, digestive health and all the aches and pains of daily and family life. In her treatments, she aims to bring the body, mind and spirit back to a state of homeostasis, or balance, as she provides support and drive for innate healing processes. She is trained in Classical Five Elements Acupuncture, which treats at a person’s emotional or spiritual level to unblock and support them to be able to move forwards with their whole self.
To add to her knowledge and skills Eli is also a Student Doula (Birth Attendant) having trained at The Birth Yurt in the ACT. By offering birth skills and support, acupuncture and natural therapies, she works with mums-to-be and their partners right from conscious conception and the fertility journey (natural or assisted/IVF), through to pregnancy, birth, and the post-natal period.
Having grown up in Central Victoria with pharmacist parents, Eli was interested in all facets of health and nature from a very young age. In addition to formal qualifications she has immersed herself in an urban yogic lifestyle, studied women’s mysteries, and has travelled through Taoist temples and Buddhist monasteries whilst undertaking a clinical Chinese Medicine internship at a hospital in Nanjing, China.
Eli is a member of AACMA and is a registered practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (AHPRA).
